Daniel Bérubé

Daniel Bérubé is a licensed Paralegal since 2018, who graduated as a Valedictorian from the CTS Canadian Career College in the Paralegal program. He was awarded the Faculty Award for the student, who best exemplifies the characteristics of honesty and integrity.

Prior to his current career in the law field, Daniel worked for 13 years as a Counselor for persons with developmental disabilities and seniors at Community Living, the Canadian Mental Health Association and Canadian Red Cross. He also spent six years working as a Health and Safety Coordinator for Minesteel Fabricators, Community Living and Dimitar in North Bay. This position involved policy development, contract drafting and enforcement as well as workplace investigations such as accidents, incidents and workplace violence.

Daniel always does his absolute best to help his clients reach their desired outcomes.

Raquel Quenneville

Raquel Quenneville is a licensed Paralegal since 2020, who graduated in 2019 from the CTS Canadian Career College in the Paralegal program. As a honour student, she was awarded the Faculty Award and President Award. Raquel came to Claims & Defences as a legal assistant and she is now an Associate Paralegal.

Raquel is also a Commissioner for affidavits and oaths, and she was recently appointed as a Notary Public. The importance of justice and being heard is important to her. She has continuously been an advocate for human rights and has shown her passion through her 14-year commitment as a volunteer for the Sudbury and Area Victim Services.

She was awarded Platinum status twice for Paralegal Services and Notary Services by the Sudbury community on CommunityVotes Sudbury 2021.

Raquel is a passionate Paralegal, who is compassionate and dedicated to each one of her clients.

Danielle McAndrew-Barham

Danielle Barham is a licensed Paralegal since 2018, who graduated with Honours in the Paralegal Studies program from triOS College in 2016. She also graduated in the Legal Office Administration program from Mohawk College in 2019, and is a member of the Ontario Paralegal Association.

Danielle joined the Claims & Defences team as an Associate Paralegal in 2020.

Prior to her current law career, Danielle spent 18 years honing her communication and negotiating skills in the retail management field. She was specializing in training and development as well as business operations. Danielle supports charitable and community causes, and loves animals.

Danielle is a skilled, detailed and conscientious Paralegal, who will provide you with a representation tailored to your needs. She will represent you with vigor, understanding and passion.
